Help Desk
To access the help desk, and receive assistance from a pit boss, on your upper tool bar click the ? then click the help desk.
The screen below will open with two sides, the left side is the Help Desk, the right side is the FAQ Desk.
To enter the queue and get assistance from the Pit Boss on duty, click the white button at the bottom that says Add me To The Queue.
Once your turn has come, it will add your name to the white box, and you will be able to ask your question. While waiting, we encourage you to read the list of common questions, as your question may be answered there.
If you find your answer in the Common Questions, you may leave the queue at any time by clicking the same button, which now says Remove Me From Queue.
