Notice so many threads repeating the same issues and same requests:

1. Can't logon too many tries.
2. Tourney list not populating.
3. Problems with being booted out of tourneys.
4. Issues regarding lag, lag and more lag!!
5. Requests that scores be displayed at end of tourney (Bryan has said that this is on his list).
6. Requests to forgo programming more quests and to put all programming efforts into finishing the casino (e.g. bingo, table tourneys, getting poker up to par along with poker tourneys, adding poker bots)

Update coming on Monday: to solve some general casino problems and quest problems, make ability to win quests easier, lower amts. of vip, DW and RW needed to increase levels. New quests are being worked on up to level 70. This may all seem nice (update at least) but based on past experience here what errors will pop up to accompany the update. How well was this update beta tested? As for more quests, I wonder how many players would prefer that NO more "quests" be added until Casino is completed as advertised and described and is also in working order.

Have to agree with all you said MissNLink, have been subscriber with Phantom for nearly 7 years, had been extremely happy until we started getting all these problems with Live. The idea is great, but unfortunately too many teething problems. Too much content has been added before all glitches ironed out, so with adding updates to fix old problems, they cause new ones. I feel sorry for the technical staff, they really are trying to fix them, but unfortunately another is caused. The Zodiac spirits have lost me, ridiculous teeth grinding quests that honestly are absurd. Now today i find another problem that has finally driven me to distraction. On competing in slot tournies, i find my current credit tally does not correspond with rank list. This is just so unfair, we pay hard earned cash to play these tournies, only to find our final tally is not what we really earned. Not good Phantom, not good, how the hell can we hope to win tourney coins if the dam tourney won't give us a fair go. Well, my answer to this is, stay off the site till they fix it. My subscription comes up for renewal next week, so will be thinking long & hard before i renew it again. If others have had the same problem with credits in tournements, then tell Phantom, i'm sure i can't be the only one.

Hello OzChik,

I hope things are going better for you since it seems they may have resolved some of the problems. If you go, you can always come back. If you stay, you can subscribe month to month. I'm OK not continuing online anymore. I have plenty of things to keep me busy. I just check on here from time to time to see if anything has changed and if, perhaps, there is now a completed casino in place. I don't notice as much complaining or posting of issues so I'm assuming that things are running better for now. ????

Yes, MsInLink, people aren't complaining as much but I'm still overwhelmed w/new stuff, but am having a blast after being gone for a year, much to learn and do. So I'm HAPPY!!

MissN, sorry to tell you but that is NOT a safe assumption. What you don't see here, you hear everyday in game chat. I think the lack of posts is just plain weariness and a sense of futility, at least it is in my case, and from many many other comments I see in the game every day.

I told Phantom long ago that it is not the people who complain that they should be concerned about, at least they still care enough to say something. It's the people who no longer care enough to point out their concerns, because those people are only one step away from the door. Phantom deleted the post.

You are correct in that this was not a safe assumption. I can see that things are still the same. Don't know if those who are a step away from the door stop airing their concerns. I continued to state mine and was inches away from the exit and finally flew the coop :) and exited. It was stated previously that most of what was requested is on a list (or perhaps even on many lists) waiting for the next update or the update thereafter or the one after that one and so forth and so on. Sorry about your post getting deleted. Sometimes I think that individuals here get overzealous regarding removing posts. However I think that the number of deletions has decreased and that we are generally able to be more open in posting issues, concerns, opinions, etc. regarding Live/Vegas/PhantomEFX.

Glad you are happy and having fun, although I don't think your post regarding the slowness of the system reflects as much "joy". At times things have just become too slow for the program to function correctly -- trnys wouldn't work right, players get booted ----- LAG! This is not fun. This was one of the continuing issues and, according to the recent posts, it is still an issue.

I had hopes for Live but didn't see it going anywhere, at least for me.

I hope that my comments will be respected and that this post will not be deleted.

i agree hermit alot dont say anything and go elsewhere. although i have had many issues solved with this still have my suite issue and though dumb to most its one of the games things that i enjoy . i do hope that it does get resolved soon because and not threatening but will not continue a subscription for something that i dont get.
