Need help with getting past the prelaunch

I had to redownload all my games on a new computer. All is done but now I can't get past the prelaunch with both our computer on the same game. I was told to make sure that my upnp router is disabled. I went to the web site and loged in but not sure under which tab I should try this, plus I am not comfortable doing this to my router? Could there be a different reason why I can't load?

Your router is why you cannot connect on both at the same time. You must have upnp (universal plug and play) disabled for both to be able to log in. There is no danger in this, you are perfectly safe doing so. This setting should be under one of your administration tabs.
