View Full Version : Unable to play zodiac quests

I have been unable to play zodiac quests since the daylight saving time update. When I try to enter, I get a messaage saying door locked, speak to the sorcerer before beginning quests. I have spoken to the sorcerer and tried again, but I still get the same message. I have emailed online support several times. The last response from Linda said that Josh was working on it and should have it fixed in a couple days. That was April 15th. Since then, I haven't heard anything and still cannot play the zodiac quests. Please help.

Josh has gotten through all the names that he has, so if you are still having the problem, please email onlinecs@phantomefx.com again with full details of what's going on. Make sure to give them your player name so that they can fix the issue. Also make sure that you get a ticket # back after you send the email, to make sure they've received it.

So when is this going to be taken care of? I already did a ticket (RVP-43972-352) for one of my avi's (CLCnTN).

Josh took care of everyone that he had on his list a few weeks ago. Is your ticket a new one or is it from awhile ago? If it's a new one, customer service will forward the names on to Josh to correct, but I don't know exactly when he'll be going through them. If your ticket is from a few weeks ago, I would send a new one.

I, too, am supposed to be on Josh's list for fixes to my Zodiac quests. I had done several quests and got booted out and when I came back, it showed I had to do them all over again. I sent in a support ticket (QCL-49192-956) and Linda responded and put me on Josh's list to be fixed.
Bryan, could you give me an update any progress here? Thanks.

I submitted my ticket over 3 weeks ago... My ticket number is avi name is in my previous post.

Can you let me know when you sent the emails in? If it has been more than 2 weeks, please send another one in so we can make sure your names didn't get missed when Josh did the corrections. If it has been more recently, I can find out where they are in the pipeline.

Linda, I never received an e-mail about my zodiac problem being resolved. I just checked again to see if CLCnTN could do zodiac, and still have the problem that I report on my ticket (RVP-43972-352).
I did receive an e-mail about the problem that I was having with the Pirates Adventure graphics (ticket NLX-43521-268).
