The Longest Yard and First Emporer problems

Just tried this with 2 different computers so I know it's not me.

In the Longest Drive, maybe after you have a bonus round, when you get one of the greens (par, birdy, etc.) winning paylines, the game freezes and you cant spin, the task bar disappears. I was able to look at the stats and found I had spun 104 times but no buttons on the slot would work anymore. Had the same problem on both my desktop and laptop so there must be an error. I did not have problems until a couple of days ago when my wife was playing a karma quest and she had this problem. The next day she tried again and the same thing happened. I then tried it on my laptop without any quests in progress (regular play) and the same thing happened.

On First Emporer I was in the bonus round where you get 16 spins and when the pick shade comes up, I was unable to pick anything. I heard someone have the same issue in the lobby the next day so there appears to be an error on here too.

I am having the exact same problem with both Longest Yard and Emperor. My machine just freezes and cursor does not move. I have to alt F4 out. I thought it was just my computor but glad its Phantom. Just hope it gets fixed.

I still believe it is the "chat box" blocking it

Ditto on First Emporer. I have one more area to finish to get my Conquer China badge, and it's a 16 spin resource bonus - as soon as I get a resource shade, no shades will open and I'm stuck :(

And if it were the chat box blocking it - then why does an 8 spin resource bonus play ok, but a 16 spin does not (have to qualify this - it was a few minor updates ago that I successfully played an 8 spin bonus - you never know which update is going to break what).

Ditto! ! ! ! Just got a 16 spin (pick the resource) thing and when the 1st pick window came up, I was unable to pick any of the choices, even though I tried many time on each of the choices. I had my chat window minimized and at the very bottem left of my screen. This function is broken, and I lost the one quest I had completed of the sorcerer's challenge.

And you guys wonder why people are leaving the online game in groves, it is no wonder when things like this take months to get fixed. And there is hardly ever an "I am Sorry" for the loss of endless hours of work. It becomes clear that Phantoms only interest in us is when we are PAYING Money for something.

Every thing else falls into that enormous black hole "it is comming SOON" or will be fixed SOON! For most of us that SOON never comes.

I can confirm the same problem on First Emperor... got the resource bonus 16 spin, when I got the first pick a window, I was unable to pick anything... was no where near where the chat box was either...

Add me to the list. I got the free spin bonus, but could not pick anything. I "X" out and tried again and it hung up again. Chat box was moved to the bottom of my screen as I do every time I log in.

You can add me to the list on the Longest Yard, it completely frooze up on me three times trying to complete a quest-o-matic.

Will anyone from EFX check into these issues or do I need to file an official support ticket?

Just happened again on 1st Emperor. Is anyone at Phantom going to look at this or should we just write off EVER completing the Sorcerer's Quests? I can't tell you angry this is making me that we can't even get a respons to this problem, especially since it has been going on for so long.

It has become painfully appearant that Phantom is ignoring this problem with 1st Emperor. I suggest that anyone else that is having this problem make a seperate trouble report as I am going to do now.

We are not ignoring it at all. It will be resolved in our next update.
