trouble starting up reel deal live

When I open reel deal live it opens up then I press play and the monitor
says "invalid format" and I have to do ctrl+alt+delete I press enter a few times
and I get on is this normal? is there a fix?:confused:

It might be a problem with your monitor trying to display a resolution that isn't available. Load the game Launcher, and click the "Video Resolution" dropdown and change it to 800x600. Then try loading the game and see if it works correctly. If not, I would contact our tech support guys and they will be able to assist you - (319)266-3656.
