Are all slots suppose to have a PV meter?
I have filled all that I can see and the game still maintains that I have not filled all meters!

did u do the 2 slot u got from the prize vault u need to fill there meters to

There is no meter showing on the 2 new ones or Prof Witherby - is there something I have to change in the settings to view them?
