I haven't tried to place any orders here at Phantom FX for some time but wanted to order a download and pre order the new slot release coming out in September...however no matter how I enter my credit card, address, name, city, province, (Canada) it won't accept my information. I contacted support and they just told me to re-type all the information and try again...but the system just keeps telling me there is a problem with either my shipping/billing information or sometimes it says sales tax issues...I don't understand this...I have ordered online many times before and this never happened...I even tried 2 different credit cards and still no go....I don't want to phone to place my order if it isn't necessary...Thank you for any suggestions.

There are a couple places information could be typed in incorrectly. Finding that specific spot is nearly impossible without me knowing your information though, and that's something that we shouldn't discuss over the message board.
